Played and sent the turn anyway.
New EitB game (Big PBEM/PB)

I would very much prefer we restart, yes. Not super interested in having a trait that gives a 10% science penalty for no benefit.
Oh yeah, we need to restart; but I figured in the meantime we can keep passing it on to check everyone else's settings are OK. (also the tracker)
Oh weird, I thought I did check them on? Then again, I noticed some settings didn't remain checked when I started the PBEM scenario, like Acheron and Orthus...
Well, I'll send Bob a new save in a minute. edit: sent
Okay, I resent to Dreylin (both via tracker and an old email address I had for him). Took a quick look at the settings, seemed correct this time around.
Checked the tracker e-mail and confirmed that the forwarding is working as expected. Configuration file for the web interface has been finalised and e-mailed to BRick for hosting. Should be good-to-go!

Starting the PBEM overrides some of the scenario settings, so you should always check everything in the way you want. Especially a problem for difficulty.

Aurorarcher: It would be helpful to put the tracker email and web link (when it's available) in the first post. Also, playing order and any game settings that are notable. Did we ever reach a consensus on diplo? As I recall, Ellimist was the only one strongly in favor of one message per turn; the other people who expressed an opinion preferred AI diplo. |
