[SPOILER] [PB38] OT4E plays this one because lurking around takes too much time

I had crazy week before vacations, so I didnt pay much attention to micro. I think it is somewhere between bad and missing the turn. I often put signs in game what are workers doing. Right now it is roading, farming and chopping.

I think I will find time to play today but starting from tomorrow whenever you see the turn available you can play. We have the first phase before OH but I am going to send him peace asap, and it can happen that he simply accepts it.

Meanwhile our other neighbor is GJ (Charlemange (IMP/PRO) of Mongolia), he has 6 cities:


And it is an island near him, so I guess we have an island near OH, which we definitely need to control.


This goes along with collosus path and naval emphazise. However those islands are not as rich as they were in other RB games I watched.

- 1 is making mine near #2,
- 1 is chopping our front,
- 2 that are currently in #2 should advance to new settling spots to improve food and chop granaries, but they can make cottage near capital on the road.
- 1 on deers should also go there I guess.

My plan is to have barracks almost everywhere, then in somewhat like 10 turns we will make forges. So we will be well prepared to make numidians. Though I think we need sailing to settle island and make colossus work properly. We really need collosus because even with 1 cottage we wont get very far.

I still think we need chariots. So letting cities grow on chariots seems to be nice plan for me.

GJ havent planted towards us yet but I expect him to do so. He usually plays defensively and tries to avoid early conflicts, but being imp and seeing that we are busy with OH could provoke him. He doesnt know that we have 3 double CR axes heading towards him . Some chariots can help us to play zone control game.

Bad news =( OH Is threatening Utica with 3 immortals out of the fog and there is no time to whip any defenders or get any into the city. I whipped it down on a worker to minimize his gains (he will probably raze it anyway) and put all neighboring cities into spear production.

Damn I thought about it and decided to move archer to the front (. I should expect it better. And he denied us finishing that workers you slaved. I counted it as finished. This is phase #1...

Well shit happens. Are we losing any other cities?

Should have whipped something in horses city... Lets see. Dont hurry with playing next turn, we must do our bests defending ourselves.

Playing automatically without thinking hard resulted in this. I expected OH to rush our front because it was empty and there was a spot he could hit from the dark, but he was more smart. I thought we have a couple more turns with this... Sigh.. This way of thinking always destroys someone's game. I am sure I checked that there was no way to come from the darkness for him, but it seem s that I was wrong about this too.

I cant connect. I get connected but dont see leader list. It never happened to me before... And I had played in other pitbosses normally.

So you have to be my eyes for these turn. Dont hurry to finish and ask lause if necessary. I say OH made 4 more whips. We might need to switch to HBR immediately.
