Another turn with no counter-offers from Thoth despite me offering more for stone. I don't mind paying more, but the complete lack of response feels bad. I guess Thoth and Pindicator are checked out.

There is no plan. He's front-running with a huge army so that nobody can take a crack at him, two of us can't do it, need Thoth involved too...and then there's a coordination issue. I think we can try getting a nice knight wrecking ball attempt before he's at rifles, but need Thoth to conquer Yuri to get into range of him first.
