Well, I only receive one save (and email), even though the tracker has my correct adress (and the tracker updates too) and the email show that both my email and the tracker are recipients.

Gmail ignores incoming email if it's a duplicate of what you have in the inbox already.

I think the best time for me this weekend is 11:00 - 15:00 GMT on saturday. The rest of the saturday is impossible and I can't say if I'll be free on sunday either.

If Ilios can't make it on Saturday, I could be avaiable on friday, but not for long. Maybe something like 21:00 to 23:00 GMT.

So, it seems we have two possibilities so far; I can do either.

Friday 21:00-23:00: Ichabod, DaveV, Ellimist

Saturday 11:00-15:00: Ichabod, Ilios, DaveV, Ellimist

We still need input from Tholal and Lewwyn.

OK. So I'm CST, which is -5 GMT, so that would be 4pm-6pm on Friday, and 6am-10am on Saturday. I can probably do the Friday slot. 6am is a bit early for me though, especially on a weekend. I can start at 9am on Saturday (1400 GMT I believe).
