I'm assuming the injured axe killed a barb archer?

We reload misclicks during wartime now? Was it a new addition to pitboss etiquette during the year I did not play?
This looks bad for Ginger. I learned this turn that not only he has built 6 undefended cities, he also built the Oracle on top of that. Kind of disrespectful, I would say.
By the way, he interestingly tried to make peace by promising war with Commodore. What is up with everyone's desire to attack Commodore?
Captured the empty city. It did not even auto-raze, did Ginger whip something there? Or the mod changes auto-raze rules?
I do not think I will proceed further, not with this army. Maybe to scare Ginger a little bit. The plan is to finish HBR, build some horses and then reevaluate. SD indicated he wants to go to war with Commodore, maybe I will crush him if he gets entangled there. Or I can finish off Ginger if he remains soft but I doubt it.
No changes by the mod and no bug to my knowledge

No buildings in the city in the picture. It might be possible that a monument appeared on the turnroll because I did not look at the city closely before I captured it. But it would be completely insane - whipping a monument in the face of an upcoming army in an undefended city (keep in mind that Ginger had something like 3 turns warning). What Ginger was doing? He could whip an archer at the very least and force me to burn one of the axes (that would be a third of my active force). I am generally quite perplexed by his play, I am not sure he would be able to get away with all of it in single player on a decent difficulty. |
