Time to post another update - after Mjmd asked for that, I expect at least popcorn.

I lost a bit of the fun of this game after I my rush failed. - And it seems to be the case, that GT was able to capture a city from scooter and another rush was succesful.



my capital is not the best. I founded on the sheeps and ignored the fish, so I lost good bit of potential. I think, if I chooses another enemy than GT, I could trade this with a succesfull rush - and even GT was quite close.
Is building the 4th settler. I'm thinking about whipping, but I have a good prod thanks to the mine and not very much food.



Antium whipped the 3rd worker last turn. I'm here not sure too, I don't have the prod - even if a cow is not that good to grow.



And here is the worst city from a food perspective. Only a plains cow. This city is only founded already because I have this stupid land bridge here an I don't want Gav to have this spot.



My last city. I have Iron and with fish not a bad food source.



Like I said, my situation is horrible.

And to take a look at my neighbours:



GT was able to recover succesfull. And possible capture a city from scooter. I think maybe because GT has a better capital - and maybe because GT has better food ?



I know nearly nothing about scooter.



The next problem.
Picca has already 7 cities and I know nothing.



And this is my last neighbour and a unwelcome surprise.
Gav closed the borders when I was scouting, so I expect the next invasion from there.



Tech seems to be still okay, but I have no real feeling about whats good or not on Emporer.


Next turn:
scooter wants horse and that we both wage war against GT.
I offered sheep/sheep, I don't want to wage war in the moment. Maybe I will research constrution next, than I could image a praet/cata war, but in the moment ? No



my potiental expansion area in the east.
I hope for 2-3 cities.



And the southern area. ~ 4-5 cities.

Not much to report - I'm a bit in the PB72 thinking already.
Maybe a try to coordinate a war with scooter, but I think, I need constrcution first. And then I should take the easier spots before I try to take the spost from others - and I have good eco traist, so I can hope to get a chance a bit later.
And defensive are praets one of the best units in the game. I need construction and I'm "save" till cannons
I'm still not really sure if praets are that great in the offense - but this could be more or less the problem, the axe/cata wars are not that good and praets/cata is an upgrade, but not enough to makes this worthwile.
