That's 75 points in each different category separartely
75 points in diplomacy
75 in research
75 in colonization
Good luck.
On average, everybody thinks they are above average.

Ok, wanted to be sure. I guess 150 will be quite difficult, though I am sure someone will make it.

Sullla, I have a question:
Quote from Imperium Eleven page:
Quote:...
Bonus Scoring
100 points: Victory (any type)
If you have 75 or more points in all three categories, DOUBLE your score! You have demonstrated proficiency in all three aspects of the triad.
If you have 150 or more points in all three categories, QUADRUPLE your score!!! You have united the triad and mastered all three roles. (Is this even possible? Guess we'll find out!)
It's not quite clear to me whether the bonus 100 points for Victory are added before or after the doubling or quadrupling..could you clarify this please? Thank you!
Also, I've been assuming that it is not necessary to score all 75 points in an area in either (only) 2375 or (only) 2450, but rather that both scoring turns count towards each of the three areas, e.g. if I score 50 under "colonist" in 2375 and 25 or more under "colonist" in 2450, then I've reached the 75-point threshold for "colonist"--is that right?

Game completed now, report to be written. No screenshots this time either, since I borrowed my wife's ancient laptop (Win 98!) to use while I'm computer-less myself, and it lacks any image-editing program to paste the screenshots into.
But I can say that it took quite some time until I managed to get used to the DOS version of MOO - the Mac version is much nicer to use, and gives you far better overview of the galaxy. And it uses a sane system for saved games.

This is correct. How do I know this?
Imperium 11 page Wrote:Opponents: Four

The scoring in both 2375 and 2450 is the same, based upon your relations with each of the other four races. Score points as follows for EACH race:
Harmony: 30 points [ed note: best possible relations/score] 4 x 30 = 120 < 150, so getting 150 diplo points (and therefore uniting the triad) would be mathematically impossible if we didn't get to combine our 2375 and 2450 scores to achieve it.
I've been assuming the 100 points for victory would be doubled/quadrupled along with everything else if the benchmarks are met, but I don't know the answer for sure on that one. On the other hand, I don't think it'll make a difference in the final standings; I'd be shocked if someone who missed the triple 75 managed to beat the doubled score of anyone who made it, regardless of the extra +100; I likewise doubt that anyone who achieved the triple 75 will fail to win the game ... and if anyone does unite the triad and either fails to win the game or winds up with fewer points than someone who didn't get the triple 150s, I'll be absolutely dumbfounded.

Thank you RefSteel, I agree with your points; it had occurred to me that the scores should make it clear who got double or quadruple points regardless of whether the 100 is multiplied. Thank you for pointing that out about the Diplomacy portion of the score, I had not thought of that. In any case, I do think it will be a little easier for me and others to tabulate our score correctly if we get the multiplication matter clarified.

To clarify:

RefSteel's answer is correct. You add together your score in each category from 2375 and 2450 when determining your total score in each of the three areas. It is not possible to get a diplo score over 150 at a single scoring date, and you'd have to be amazing to get it done in the other categories too!

These are final bonus points added at the end, but they are added BEFORE the doubling/quadrupling bonus. Let's say your scores were 85 Colonist, 115 Researcher, and 90 Diplomat, and that you won the game. Your final score would then be:
(85 [c] + 115 [r] + 90 [d] + 100 [victory]) * 2 = 780
I hope that clarifies things. See, this is what happens when I go away for the week.
