Outfits for the Fashion-Conscious

My Ranger's current outfit, the 15,000 gold (per piece) Drakescale armor. Only have two of the pieces at the moment, the chest armor and leggings. The gloves are Druid's gloves and the boots are regular Drakescale. Colored areas are the blue/purple sections.

Intend to get a few better screenshots tonight, but this is what I have at the moment. Will also see about getting some of the first armors you can get in Ascalon to show what the cheap armors look like.

Here's a shot of what the bonelace outfit (the second buyable set of armor) for the female necro looks like. I had some more dramatic poses, but they don't work very well (read: at all) with KoP's 180x300 cropping scheme, so they may have to wait until later.

SoulFlayer was kind enough to loan me most of the stuff I needed to buy a set of Fanatic gear when I got to Yak's Bend. Obligatory pics follow, though in retrospect, the yak makes an awful backdrop.

After getting some help in finding the last 120 Wood I finally managed to complete the Scar Pattern for Necromancers.

THanks guys.

Btw, no need to crop the picture to 180x300. I only said that keep in mind I am using 180x300 aspect ratio (roughly the same as a 4x6 print), I would rather see pix cropped but not scaled down, and saved in high quality jpg. CC and GG, you can substitude the pictures with larger ones (on your server) if you dont mind, or email them to me to do the dirty work.

Use my "KingOfPain at reamlsbeyond dot net" address to send attachments.

Thanks

Mesmer Attires:

The default color of the Mesmer attires is green. Where it's green can it be dyed another color.

The default Mesmer Attires are called Stylish Attire. They confer no bonuses apart from the other attires.

Enchanter's Attire - Avaliable starting at Henge of Denravi. Confers +7 total Energy more than the other Mesmer attires.

[Image: Enchanter%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Enchanter%20-%20Female.jpg]

Rogue's Attire - Available starting at Yak's Bend. +10 Armor vs. Physical attacks but -4 total Energy compared to the other mesmer attires (Enchanter's excluded).

[Image: Rogue%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Rogue%20-%20Female.jpg]

Courtly Attire - Available starting at Yak's Bend. +15 Armor when casting.
NOTE: Only female Courtly Attire captured (my character Renebelle) and it's dyed purple.

Performer's Attire - Available starting at Lion's Arch. Same bonuses as Courtly Attire. It just looks different. The female attire looks similar to the default Stylish Attire for instance. No screen shots available of either yet.

Virtuoso's Attire - Available at the Black Citadel. This is the 15k version of the Performer's Attire so it has the same stats.

[Image: Virtuoso%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Virtuoso%20-%20Female.jpg]

NOTE: The screenshots above were captured from the PvP Character creation section. I've seen female Virtuoso's Attire in the PvE game on some characters and I noticed they had 3 long plume feathers sticking out of the characters left shoulder. I don't know why it doesn't show here but aside from that, that's how Virtuoso's looks in game.

Noble Attire - Available at the Black Citadel. This is the 15k version of the Courtly Attire so they have the same stats.

NOTE: This is the NPC Mesmer Eludine at Serenity Temple. I haven't actually seen anyone wearing Noble in the game but based on what I saw on the Crafter's window, this is what it looks like. Basically it's Courtly with more gold designs on it. No screen captures of the male version.

Here's a front and back comparison of Courtly and Noble female versions.

[Image: Courtly%20vs%20Noble%20-%20Female%20-%20Front.jpg][Image: Courtly%20vs%20Noble%20-%20Female%20-%20Back.jpg]

The 15k versions of Enchanter and Rogue are available at Marhan's Grotto. They are called the same as their 1.5k counterparts and look identical as well. My guess is that they're placeholders for future Mesmer attires.

Imposing Mask - Available starting at Yak's Bend. +1 to Domination

[Image: Imposing%20Mask%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Imposing%20Mask%20-%20Female.jpg]

Sleek Mask - Available starting at Yak's Bend. +1 to Fast Casting

[Image: Sleek%20Mask%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Sleek%20Mask%20-%20Female.jpg]

Costume Mask - Available starting at Yak's Bend. +1 to Illusions

[Image: Costume%20Mask%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Costume%20Mask%20-%20Female.jpg]

Animal Mask - Available starting at Yak's Bend. +1 to Inspiration

[Image: Animal%20Mask%20-%20Male.jpg][Image: Animal%20Mask%20-%20Female.jpg]

That's all.
Peace,

Completed my Drakescale Armor set after 75 platinum and alot of crafting materials, and heres what the full suit looks like, dyed with a purple/blue mix: (I believe KoP has some more screenshots of it, so I'll only post 1 for now.)

While waiting in the Granite Citadel to head out to the Mineral Springs last night, I met a few other ranger characters who were all wearing sets of the 75p armor:

Didn't have the gloves for my suit at this point, the ones I was wearing were the druids gloves.

Left to Right: Frostbound Armor, Studded Leather Armor, Drakescale (male and female)

Similiar shot as above, but with another female ranger in drakescale, I think that may be the default color.

A comparison between the 75p Frostbound armor(silver), and the normal one(blue):

And then I was able to get a model for the 75p Geomancer Armor. This set (except gloves) was bought before the patch, so I'm not sure if the design is updated retroactively, or if it looks the same as before. Either way it did dye in a different way than the normal Geomancer Armor.

Edit: looking over the images, I'm not sure why the boots are different in some of the shots. Possible the two on the right were also not the geomancer pieces.
Edit2: the two left screenshots were taken before she bought the gloves and boots to complete the set, so if nothing else, the gloves and boots shown in the top right screenshot are the current 15p ones for geomancer set.

Will have images of the 15p Pyromancer armor too eventually.

A pair of Geomancer with red trims and a matching dead dragon.

Demi's is just plain red dye while Vanyel used Red/Green/Red mix, and the nameless dragon used a blood/oxygen mix [Image: tongue.gif]

Btw, thanks for all the hammers coming my way, Demi has quite a collection now, maybe enough to open a shopping maul. The one in this picture is a war hammer from PoO - Looking NASTY[Image: hammer.gif]
