That's right. The first player is determined randomly, then we use the agreed order to optimise playing time

Play order seems to be AT -> Zero -> TT -> Serdoa. Anyone sees a better one? - seems good in week, may slow down a bit in weekends (I don't know yuris125 hours in weekends). Still, it seems best.
So - we're waiting for starting positions and information about first player.

Technical question: how is the save passed? e-mail attachment?

Yes, via email. Maybe we can ask scooter if he would setup a tracker for us (I have no clue how to do that) after we started. Of course either way we will need the email-adress for everyone. Mine is
