Yes we'll keep it. I was planning on not vetoing anyway. I'm not a huge fan of phi but spi is wonderful. Are there any changes to phi?

well phi is a passive benefit anyway. hopefully we get a wonder or two, and if we want an academy at some point it should be much easier to build than in pb8. And I do hope we don't skip education this go around, so cheap unis will be wonderful smile.
