It seems like you were doing a double move. furungy acted before you last turn and you did move before him this turn. I guess it is not a big issue this time. However when in war you should play close attention to turn order and shouldn't change it without discussion with your opponent.

Should we reload maybe? neenerneener Seriously, I had no intention to doublemove and gain anything. Do we need to follow the turnorder this early, when we have no real units?

You should follow always turn order when at war. He could have been e.g. in position to move scout to block your way
