Also I managed to go 12 wins with a tempo mage, this was my first 12 win run since the release is only notable because I didn't have Flamestrikes or Blizzards (2 frostbolt, 2 fireball, 1 poly), with two losses to perfect answers on curve. cards that stood out were
Zombie chow - Bad in the late game but worth drafting over any 2 drop because it gains so much tempo if played on turn 1. Also, if you have these or other playable 1-drops, it is worth mulliganing all 3+ mana cards in the opening hand imo, unless you have the 2-3-4 curve going first.
Spider tank - really strong coined on turn 2, especially against 2/3s like the aforementioned zombie. The exorcist is also very often a 3/4 taunt.
Piloted shredder - Very annoying to play both with and against. When it spawns Doomsayer it can randomly spoil the game. If you're about to die to an overwhelming board, kill this and pray...
Twilight drake - both an overrated and underrated card. Slightly worse than a yeti overall because it sucks in top deck wars, it doesn't often come down as a 4/7 and it sometimes runs into owl/earth shock losing massive tempo. However yetis are godlike in the new environment of 4 health 3-drops, and it's a yeti+ often enough to be worth drafting.
Force tank - this is very difficult to remove and works as a finisher even in a deck full of cheap stuff
