You also can set up a pick order if you can't attend the draft, the draft isn't nearly as important as you think (the week-to-week adjustments are more important).

Do we actually have the needed 8th player for this?

I won't have time this weekend for the draft if we schedule a time then -- I'm willing to just eat an autodrafted team and fix it up later with trades.

I can fill the 8th spot. I'm not a huge fan but I will at least pay enough attention to bench bye week players and make the occasional trade. I won't make a draft but autodraft is fine with me.

Cool, thanks.

Kuro my sense is if you have a reliable outsider to bring in that could be good. I'd rather play with 8 versus 10 if the larger league includes absentee players, but otherwise think 10 is much better.
