Base-BTS, which our version ( ramk's ) basically is just less cluttered? Nothing actually mod related IIRC.

CFC's civ 4 forum seems to be even less active than the civ 3 one.

All the action is in the strategy&tips section. That one is fairly active still.

Ya ya Superdeath your in. Wouldn't want to stop you from playing 5 games or whatever number at once! I'll remove Greens from the title but keep the initial Greens text. Really want more people on my lvl (ie noob).
