Well, that pretty much puts the kibosh on HAK getting a dogpile on Gavagai. On top, he's apparently not going full steam on military production, either. I think those two factors turn the invasion into a mistake. Even with a tech advantage, you still need numbers.

Sucks for Krill, but that's pretty obviously a situation where they had to reload. His prerogative to leave, of course, especially as a sub.

Considering that the RNG seemed to work in his favor, I'd be pretty pissed if I had to do that over again, especially if it was just everyone else's ambivalence that allowed the turn to roll. On the other hand, a pause was requested and never occurred, so...
