The turn pace has been good indeed. Let`s keep it up. A game with 20+ players was always going to slow down at some point but hopefully getting a 36h timer will work out for them.

Hey, I'm going to need a pause this turn and won't get to it until tomorrow. I can't play this turn quickly and I'm in the middle of a move and won't have internet for a day or so. Please leave me more than a few minutes on the clock.

Will also need a pause, English M:tG Nationals are today, I'm leaving in 15 minutes, and it's not my turn yet

Game paused for the two remaining players with just over an hour left on the timer.

I am also unavailable for the next 36 hours, so no rush for me either.

I got my system set up at our new place, but am exhausted from moving. I will play in about 12 hours, then after wetbandit, and then hopefully back to our turn-per-day pace. Sorry for the hold up!

All of a sudden the game froze and I got a pop up telling me that I had lost the connection to the Pitboss server (and I was forced back to the main menu). I had the same problem the other day. Anyway, I was able to finish the turn on the second log in and hopefully it`s not a big deal.

I'm traveling the next two weekends:
  • I'll be in Los Angeles this weekend (Friday August 24 to Sunday August 26).  I can arrange to play on Friday before I leave, but there's a possibility I may not have a chance to play on Saturday, or on Sunday until I get home.
  • I'll be visiting Crater Lake on Labor Day weekend (Friday August 31 to Monday September 3).  I hope the Argh smoke Argh dissipates before then.  (Oregon was on fire the last time I traveled there, too.)  As with all trips to National Parks, I should be able to keep up turn pace and play in the evening, but I may need pauses in case the Internet decides to die on me.
I'll keep everyone posted on whether I can play -- I should be able to post to the forums no matter what happens.
