Those all jump off the page at me.
I think even though Face Cards refer to all Jacks, Queens, Kings - I would prefer Jack over that as it's a more specific card and a stronger example. Deck of Cards and Green Card seem more likely what Fenn was thinking of... Is Fenn American / does Green Card hold a strong connection to people outside of America?
Looking at spoilers, I seem to be the only one making the Green Card connection. If Fenn is American I would strongly push for Green Card, otherwise I would think it's probably not what he intended.

I'm not sure exactly where he's from, but I know he's not American from some of the things he mentioned in the Politics thread.
On the other hand, it does seem to be difficult to avoid US politics in English-language media, so I'm sure he knows the concept. It might not be the first thing that comes to mind when it doesn't affect him, so I'd prefer to guess the other three first.
Also, an even weaker argument, but...I never hear anyone use the phrase Green Cards. It's always a singular. But Decks are by definition plural, face cards are pretty much plural, even Jacks are often plural. And he did clue Cards not Card.
I consider DECK, FACE, and JACK pretty much a sure thing
You can have a HOLE card in poker
Vegas dealers have to CHANGE decks more often if someone is counting cards
You can SLIP someone a card off the bottom of the deck if you're cheating
After reading other spoilers: I didn't even think of GREEN, but green card is definitely a thing.
I'm still in favor of DECK, FACE, and JACK, but I don't want to point when Pindicator had GREEN at number one.
