It's also nice in that my last real concern about Meiz was that he could somehow be an SK playing a deep game, but with the role reveal that's just not overly plausible.

Glad to be wrong. Omar been wrong about every damn thing this game I think.
GG, Doc.
Since Robot and Doc didn’t jump on me, that’s a hard clear there.
Since Jabbz didn’t stay on Robot, that’s a hard clear there.
I would suggest you two and Skelly stay quiet tonight so it is not as easy for Simp to make a good night kill.
Also, House was an escaped prisoner? I guess Omar stopped watching that a long way before then or just forgetful.

Can someone get an up to date vote tally? Apologies again but I’ll only be on mobile for today.
The bolded part bugs me.

Allright. I'm going to preface this with the fact that I don't rate this very high on the likely scale right now. However since I lack the ability to go back and reread shit to the degree it would take to be sure so, I present my concern.
I have a serious problem with Brick's comment after Meiz's action towards the end of the day. My problem lies in the idea that it basically becomes a meta clear, and from my perspective should not have happened. Basically, because Meiz took an action and brick responded, it implies strongly that meiz's story about having the power then having it taken away. I'm not one to second guess another game runner, and obviously I am not privy to everything in the setup, but that is something I would never do under the same circumstances. My response, and the think the response of most people running the game would be to do..... nothing. If it worked I would provide the kill information, other than that, nothing else needs to be said.
So I thought about that for a few hours, then started digging. Under mailman there is a variation called "modposter." What this ability does is allow the player to write a statement to the mod, who will then post said statement in public.
The scenario I am trying to picture assumes Meiz is scum. Gaspar has been unable to post all that much, and so they decide to sacrifice him to give Meiz deep cover. Basically you claim to have a role that is at least theoretically town, the janitorial dayvig. Then you claim you lost it. You KNOW that this is going to arouse a great deal of discussion and distrust, but its not going to result in a that day lynch. Then you have meiz get the gaspar lynch bus going at full steam, and he dies.
Now gaspar is incredibly useful, despite his earlier limited time. Meiz gets clearance on his lost ability, because here is gaspar's body showing us the ability to take it away is there. Meiz also gets deep towncred for having bussed the shit outa gaspar. In order to seal the deal, you kill Rowain at night, the one person most likely to dig into anyone deep enough and effectively enough to out the last scum. The following day Meiz uses his obliterate command, while sending in the modposter pm to brick.
Now here is where I start to have some issues with how likely shit is. I think the above could be quite likely, however, to believe that Meiz did that I have to accept a few things.
First that assumed he could make the claim of losing his abilities, and still survive at least one more day.
Second that said ability is in game.
Third that responding to the obliterate message by meiz, brick is not either just reacting in his own style of moding to that type of request, or slipping up because he is busy.
Fourth that of all possible strategies to be used, this is what they went it.
I can absolutely see all 4 of those being true. Meiz is a damn good player, and only needing to live a day or two under suspicious circumstances is absolutely something I think he would be sure he could do. This game also has some abnormal roles, so the modmessenger thing could be there. Further, this is far from brick's first game, so its quite likely that he didn't slip, and that this wasn't just his style. Finally I can ABSOLUTELY see myself wanting to push something like this as scum, because it's just too damn sweet, and would feel amazing to pull off. Especially if you never find a better target for the roleblock.
I can see it happening, but I'm not convinced thats it. I contemplated not talking about this until tomorrow, but who knows whom the wolves will kill tonight. Probably not my useless ass, but hey you never know. In addition to that, we shouldn't be at lylo at this point. That means we aren't under pressure to resolve this shit in the moment. But it does put it out there.
Meiz I'm pretty sure you're going to take this as more me harassing you, and I'm sorry, but this honestly has nothing to do with my feelings of whether you are wolf or town. It's your fault for being a good player that I can see pulling this shit off. And to be fair, my meds for paranoia don't always keep shit perfectly balanced.
So someone with the time and ability needs to go back and dig. See what connections if any can be drawn to meiz and other scum. And meiz, please tear this theory apart, because I'd really like to have someone I could trust goin forward.

Besides destroying your theory Jabbz, I'm also going to OBLIRIATE you for suggesting it!
But kidding aside, the answer is simple. I posted the command in game thread and additionally to Brick since I have no idea what times he is online & how actgively he is watching the messages in the thread. I believe this prompted him to post a notification in game thread, which is IMO not meta clearing me because wolves could have asked him to post something as well to try to pull a gambit off. I notified him separately because I had already gone through the scenario of Gaspar having the role disabling ability, and wanted time to get a confirmation of that and present the case of him being scum.
