There's one thing that I can keep of my mind: the possibility of novice being a werewolf. But if he's a werewolf, I'll probably not lynch him regardless, since he would have played such a good game that he would deserve to win...

The thought crossed my mind doing the records, but his actions (posts) don't really mesh with a 'Wolf, IMHO. Gold Ergo Sum has been increasingly catching my eye, but he's such an unknown that if he is a 'Wolf we'll never know until it's all over - I'm not willing to lynch him "just because".

While I admit this game has not been a shining example of how to win (as a Village), I don't think there's any reason for us not to feel good about some things. We've been dealt a few difficult blows - first losing Bobchillingworth to the 'Wolves, then losing Cull to a modkill (which is almost balanced out by the 'Wolves losing Bruindane), as well as having several people who were relatively inactive for various periods of time (fire&ice being the most pronounced). It's been an uphill battle since the start, and I think the 'Wolves have learned from past mistakes, too - something we have not necessarily taken into account throughout this game. Furthermore, we've had a wealth of new, inexperienced players - further adding to our burden. The no PM rule just adds icing to the cake, limiting the powers of the Seer and the Masons.

Bottom line: while I think we've had room for improvement, I also think we've tried to do our best, and could have done far worse. Considering we've had no Seer the entire game, our odds really aren't that terrible - just disheartening.

I still say we can win this. It's gonna be tough, but I honestly believe we can do it - we just can't let emotion trump reason.
