So how does this work? We have to manually upload each new save and then manually email it to a specific address? How do we handle awol players? I assume if a civ is passworded the game can stop?

Auroarcher is next. You need his email?

It's pretty straightforward. Your team will receive an email from the other team, sent to all of your respective individual email addresses. The player on your team who goes first will download the save to their Multiplayer saves folder, and then open it after launching the Modmod, selecting "Play By Email" and locating the folder. Once you end turn, the game will automatically generate a new save file for you in a new folder in your MP saves folder. Email that save file to whoever plays next on your team, who repeats the process until the third player emails the save to every member of the opposing team.

That's one turn down; repeat the cycle for every turn.

It's up to you if you want to establish a password for your civ; the game will automatically prompt you to do so at the start of your first turn. If you do make passwords, share them amongst your entire team, so that you all can cover for each other if a player is absent. This game should never need substitute players unless an entire team is absent.

Uhh, Kredom, did you play with the updated file? We had to do a quick restart to fix some techs.

Edit: NM.

What Bob said, basically. However, to help prevent turns from taking too long/to help with covering issues, I recommend CC'ing everyone in the team you're emailing.
We could setup a tracker, but given that people will be playing for each other, I'm not sure how well that'd work. Probably best to just email it to the entire team, and if a player needs reminding then someone else should be able to cover.

Edit: And Auroracher is "aharoheinila [at] gmail.com", Kragroth is "billbisco [at] gmail.com" and Eclipse posted his somewhere in this thread.

I haven't recieved any saves so far. Is the order for team 2 me, Kragroth, Eclipse? Anyways, I won't be able to play the save in next two days (Fri/Sat).

EDIT: If the save is sent to me on Fri/Sat I'll pass it to my teammates so that they can keep the game flowing.
