I callback attack and offer peace. No point to fight for virtual island if we cant keep the closest one. Triple CR axes we will need to assault OH's city.

But Colossus will only arrive in 4 turns when we finish chops, unfortunately I failed to make any pre-chops.

GJ didnt take peace, so predictable. It seems he is not thankful that we spared his coastal city. And he sent 3 axes towards us but unlucky to us he also revealed our single chariot so unlikely he will push forward without spears.

Colossus in 2. We are on the half way of forgification. But our population and economics yikes, cant even tech sailing in reasonable time.

Meanwhile Aretus lost capital or 2nd city with plenty of culture to mackoti.

Peace with OH expired. He declared and reoffered. Hmm... I think we have to take because it will take at least 10 turns to organize attack on him unfortunately. What do you think?

Sailing in 3, so we have time to build settler for island.

I hope OH wont be first to settle the entire island, because during forced peace there is nothing we can do about it. After that I am going to build trireme and use GG on 2 galleys to get mobility in delivering forces to where we need them.

Unfortunately our other cities are so worn that they cant produce settlers. Also top 5 cities are all 8 and 9 size and our top 1 is size of 6.

Also here is Elkad, Shaka (AGG/EXP) of Korea. dont know why but I feel a little bit more comfort about not settling to the east. I think we will have time to catch up there.

Great success. I was a bit nervous with this being 25 players and many industrial civs.



Let us get sailing and whip our selves into coastal economics. We can grow back after that. Then HBR would be my suggestion. After that it should probably be currency.

We should try to snag the wheat/deer site right away. I like ? as it is a hill and has many chops. With elkad could have route straight to our capital.

Letting OH get the other site on our island is also dangerous for the same reason. He could threaten Kerkouane and Hadrumetum.

About the pig site "??" is better than "x" by far but it is further and less defensible. How far is it from Elkad capital I wonder?

City marks are all out of date. As I said we can hardly plant any of them within next 10 turns. Island city will give us 2 coin trade route in each city, so it is number 1 priority.

I agree that we'd better plant cities on hills, but in case with Elkad I dont realy fear that he can outrun us in expansion. Even if he does I believe we will take it back with the first opportunity. So I will be happy even if #2 will be our furthest city to the east.

As for economics we have already started using coasts without lighthouses to get Sailing and HBR in measurable time. I hope we will have time to grow coastal cities without urgent whips. Also I'd love to plant ??? on the coast towards GJ, but settlers are so damn expensive. May be after we grow cap to 8 we can build a couple.

I moved some stuff on the hill to prevent him from planting next to it. If he plants with it in the first ring our city will unlikely ever gets this sheep and we will allways be under pressure of his culture.
I also decided to exchange 1 chariot for axe. The later he comes the better for us since I put chops into forge in the front city.

Meanwhile next turn we will load settler for island, with overflow we will be able to make trireme.

2 of our best promoted axes are on their way. Peace expires in 4 turns. I am not sure what is the best way to use GG. May be we'd better get 2x 3-moving galleys and 2 more double-CRs? Or make 4-moving trireme and hunt his galley, which can hurt us a lot by bringing reinforcements.

Why not 2 improved triremes if we want to control the island. Keeping OH bottled up through naval superiority seems like the most cost effective option. Maybe one nav2 and one c3c or two c if he is getting MC soon. Promos on ships are hard to get his early so we should get a lot of mileage out of them.
