But I do want to clarify something. If you want the second half of a turnsplit with another player, you have to actually play your turn after them. You can't log in, play your turn (hitting end turn and everything) then wait for the other player to play and finish their turn before going back into the game and declaring war.

Go ahead and reload, I have no problem with it. I can replay my turn much faster than I played it the first time around.
