I'm not actually following game closely enough to know how mamy mininc inc cities there are, so don't worry if you disagree
But I'm interested in seeing how much pop can you whip out
Thanks for reporting so well! What's the big plan now, are you going to kill someone soon enough?
I think your reasoning for trade is solid, especially if you get stuff you need for similar cost.

Thanks for the kind words. I really wish I had started tracking the number of pop I whipped after I first built Kremlin - too late now, sadly. Proper report to come next turn. Lots of things happening then, and I just got home from a 10-day trip. But for now, a preview:
It begins...
And interesting, Thrawn. Maybe I'll try using stuff from our local market next time. I'll update here if it happens!

It’s been too long since I’ve played and looked at a CtH F1 screen, so remind me which column shows turns remaining in the build? Is it the third from the right with all the 1s?

Yep! I've modified mine slightly so that base commerce and hammers are on the right-most two columns.

T212-214 - Cereal and Machine Guns
The people have been growing fat on their exclusive Biology farms. They have also been getting sick due to copious oil and coal consumption. Luckily, we are here to rescue them from such ailments!
We passed Mr. Cairo in power this turn, but we're only just getting started. The conscripts soldiers are being primarily outfitted as Machine Gunners and Infantry. I made a few too many infantry in the first round, so slightly emphasising Machine Guns for the next few turns. I haven't built many cavalry at all, because we're so close to tanks and infantry/MGs are so much better on defense. Time will tell stupid that was.
Andrew Carnegie also incorporates Cereal Mills this turn.
The Vespertine people are a simple folk. Sushi is much too expensive - we prefer to eat unhealthy, bland, cheap cereal instead. Fitting with the whole dystopian theme, really. Hyperballad whipped 3 infantries into overflow to build Wall Street, which you can see finishing this turn also. Tech-wise, we queue Industrialisation next, for tanks.
Since I've talked a bit about the Sushi vs. Cereal Mills dilemma, here is the actual corporation effects of each:
I'm locked into Cereal Mills now, for better or worse. Sushi would have been founded about 10 turns sooner, as the other relevant factor when choosing. I think I'm happy with my decision, but that it was really close.

Thanks for the question; reporting should pick up again now that Industrialisation is finished. Cairo has Machine Guns himself, as well as factories and (soon) destroyers/transports. I do wonder what would happen, because in a perfect world I could smash into Piccadilly afterwards. More likely, I would either run into a wall, or Piccadilly would smash into me after teching a generation ahead. So instead, we turn west:
Superdeath is astonishingly behind in tech for having the Buddhist Shrine. For some reason, he's had Banking for 20+ turns but has neglected to build one in his capital... The lost gold is giving me second-hand anxiety.
Superdeath has huge numbers of medieval/renaissance troops (muskets + knights, mostly), and several dozen catapults, split into a northern and southern stack. He is a turn away from Rifling, so the clock is somewhat high-pressure for me (although rifles aren't exactly great against MGs and Infantry either).
He has made peace with Donovan Zoi this turn, which is either great or terrible, depending on how successful my campaign ends up. He also declared war on Tarkeel this turn, presumably to war-peace him. The outcome of that will be very important, and more specific battleplans have to wait until next turn when I can see if Tarkeel is with me or not.

Mmm, delicious gruel for the masses. Too bad Cereal Mills doesn't take sugar or spices as inputs.

Wut, why isn't SD whipping a Grocer and Bank in there, if he's getting rifling he has Guilds and Banking
Amica if Pic or Mig ends up in space, but you have half the map, you know who got the real clout win

Yeah, it's pretty weird. I'm only half-joking about the second hand anxiety thing. Maybe he's trying to psych me out.
Let's see if we can take out SD before we start dreaming big. For starters, the goal is that sick shrine (and my first PB kill!). But if it all goes well, there'll be some fun options to think about.

So, is it just units from now on until game ends ( if it is I fon't complain, better commit to some direction)? What kind of first wave of attack and how soon?

Pretty much, yeah. I'll give a proper report with far more specifics tomorrow when I have more time, but the first wave of attack will occur Soon ™ with Infantry and Machine Guns. This will be the first modern war I've ever fought, I'm quite nervous; I keep second-guessing myself and my targets.
The second wave will have tanks, but the specifics of that will rely a lot on whether my first wave is a success or a disaster. The good news is that Tarkeel is on board.
Question for lurkers: Are frigate and destroyer bombardment reduced by castles/walls?
