[TECH] RBP20 IT and Tech issues thread

I will be on vacation from August 15-August 24, with intermittent access to play my turns. Oxyphenbutazone has graciously offered to sub for me. He indicated that he was mildly spoiled in my request thread.

Please let me know if anyone has an issue with Oxy subbing for me.

As long as the game is paused, CivStats will countdown for a bit and then go back to the original duration.
