T90:
LT's borders appeared, so I'm rethinking the settling of X.
Downside: it gets between LT and DTG. '
Upside: it gets between LT and DTG, with LT being the weakest and both DTG and I will likely want to eat him up in future.
But before I get to the stage where I can attack LT, ie CKN/knights, the main dangers are a grudge attack from Khan, Praetorian rush from DTG, or HA rush from anyone. So Y or Z may be safer and require fewer defensive forces: 4 food from wheat is a bit weak but it'll do okay with FIN coast.
Speaking of FIN coast, on the first level of analysis DTG gets the most out of Colossus because the rest of us are FIN, so he'll want to go for it (also to complement his GLH). In comparison we get diminished returns from it since working coast is viable for us. LT is the other main contender for Colossus having the only IND leader.
But on a higher level it may be useful to deny DTG Colossus since he already has GLH, and we'll be working lots of coast anyway. In addition we'll be prioriting Metal Casting for Machinery. The main issue is that we don't have a great coastal production city (DTG had a coastal capital so GLH was much easier for him).
Misc:LT built the Hindu shrine and converted to Hinduism.

Part of me wants to still settle X, but on the other hand, discretion is the better part of valor.... I'd pick Z over Y in any case.

Re: Khan and HAK,
Of course I'd prefer no switch as it upsets all the current considerations, but if a sub must be had then HAK is better than most (also he'll be unlikely to go full grudge mode on me as Khan is likely to).
Just as long as it's just HAK and not Mindy as well.

Are they a perma team now? I thought they just paired up for PB25.

Doesn't look like it, thankfully.

While we're waiting for the save, some thoughts on wonderbuilding since with Khan's replacement the pressure is not so high:
With the normal BTS +100% resource bonus for wonders, we can aim for one of Pyramids/MoM/Colossus here:
Pyramids is best since it delays the need for a happy tech and it gives us the option of bulbing Machinery, but we're not getting Stone in borders for another 10T so chances are not high. MoM slots in well with the plan to go for Calendar (we have silk and dyes) for happy, while Colossus is as we discussed earlier.

I'd vote for Colossus, but only if our cities are likely to work a lot of coast. Sorry, I've just been too busy to check out the saves myself. MoM could be good too, but would we have marble?

Well, our only non-coastal city now (out of 12) is the capital; with all the cities planned it'll be 2/15 so Colossus will be a big thing*. We also have marble.
So assuming we're not doing pyramids, we can either
a) MC next and go for Colossus
b) Calendar and MoM
with MC being more expensive but Colossus cheaper hammerwise
*Commodore, why was GLH allowed on this map again?

Do we know if anyone else has Calendar or Metal Casting yet? If we go for MoM we'll just have to be dedicated about making sure to pop the great people needed for Golden Ages (something I'm not very good about). MoM is probably a lot more powerful when used right, but at least the Colossus is passive. On the other hand, the benefit of hooking up extra happy resources means perhaps Calendar is the better call.... Tough choice, I'm kinda torn. I'd probably go for Colossus myself.

No clue as to the techs but no one has hooked up any Calendar resources. DTG and Alhazard will likely prioritise Code of Laws because they're ORG, with Alhazard likely to go Monarchy instead of Calendar since he founded Judaism. Khan and LT are still probably struggling to Currency.
Colossus is easiest for LT but DTG and us have the most coastal territory with the rest having middling to low so we shouldn't have that much competition for Colossus if DTG does the usual ORG thing.
