That cone appears to be shifting rapidly. So unless you are in a sailboat 150 miles off the FL coast, seems like a bit of rain is it.
Which plays to form. August weak hurricanes have a terrible record vs Florida. Only about 10% of them actually make landfall, the rest hook north.
