Bah, I have to reevaluate the entire meta-game with two subs coming in just like that (assuming LT is electronically incapacitated for a while).
What're your thoughts about wetbandit and HAK?
On my part I get the impression that wetbandit is strong (at least he's the player with the most MP experience) and my overall gameplan was oriented around the idea of eating LT, but that isn't as viable now

Currently in PB 28, wetbandit is leading in score by a large margin, so I'd definitely say he's a strong player. I should probably know more about him, but honestly I don't do a good job about remembering details about all the players on the forum. HAK, I think, is competent but not exceptional. He and I are probably on the same tier. Who's taking over which civ?

HAK takes over Khan, wetbandit over LT.

T92: opened the save to a Fish for Fish trade by DTG. I accepted and checked the log: what happened was he cancelled our existing fish for fish and reoffered it on the same turn. If this is some kind of arcane message (which it probably is), [strike]I don't understand it.[/strike]
Edit- After more thought I'm reading it as 'Since two MP vets just jumped into the game, let's reassure each other of peaceful borders for the time being' and that sounds good to me.
Oh, and I'm thinking of offer OB to HAK/Khan as a tentative proposal for peace in the medium term since the more peacable HAK is in charge. Actual eace treaty expires in 5T, but with their power lowest at 93k and ours second highest at 143k (population inflated I know) I'm not expecting a very serious assault, so I don't mind if he scouts out our land.

DTG offers OB: ignored since we don't gain anything.
Wetbandit for LT just hooked up iron. Not sure why IW was researched in the first place, as there's very little jungle on the map and he's not really in any position to take and hold a city from anyone
Also, it is sad to have to run the slider at 50% despite having a Library because you don't want to scare everyone with a crazy GNP spike (just FIN/IMP things).
And I'm gonna steal this forest in between us for a cool 20 hammers while peace is enforced

Troll all the things.
I'd say that maybe LT wanted swords, but this is BtS. Still, there's some value in knowing where the resource is, I suppose?

T94: Nothing to report.
I'll probably do a big post for T100 with a plan of how to go as far as possible now I'm the weakest (experience + skills) player in the game. Most likely gonna involve lots of CKNs and should just be a question of who to invade

HAK OB'd with DTG.
FFS
No, this game is not winnable when there're two neighbours who open borders with EXP/ORG BtS GLH-owner.

On the bright side, at least Tasunke didn't take over.

At this rate I want Mindy to sub HAK; she would be a tougher opponent but at least she won't let DTG run away with the game!
For reference my max gold saving rate as FIN with 12 cities on this toroidal map is 35 g/t. DTG's is 70 g/t (no FIN) with 14 cities, because of that damned GLH.
