Are you sure the mod isn't in a double folder?

It should be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\RBCiv Tides of War v1.21\Assets

Not:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\RBCiv Tides of War v1.21\RBCiv Tides of War v1.21\Assets

I really don't know what to do, everything seems to be exactly as it should be, but it still doesn't work. It might be time to start looking for a new sub: I've now spent two hours trying to get this to work and have had no success.

I will be back from the busy part of my trip away tonight and should be able to play in 2 hours, depending on traffic.

Oxy, thanks for trying. I will need a sub for Saturday and Sunday PDT august 24-25 or a pause.

Could you post some information or screenshots? It's hard to troubleshoot remotely while having to ask one question at a time. Also, did you see my question earlier?
