I can't take over, I wouldn't have the time for turn-playing. Ideally you could all play your civs individually but that means you need to co-ordinate on the defense, which can be time-consuming.

Kredom, I really hope that isn't necessary, and that you are able to stay and continue contributing/participating to this game. I really hope that I've never made you feel shortchanged or cut off from this game, and that you don't feel that way in the current discussion.

You mentioned my experience earlier, and I never got the chance to reply to it. Currently I have won only one PBEM, which was as part of a team and alongside 5-6 other people, and I don't think I was anywhere near a major factor in that. In every other game I've played -and there aren't that many - I've lost, or at best managed a mediocre result in someone else's victory. I have never felt like I have any advantage or superiority in experience to lord over you - who's probably played more FFH MP than I - and I really am very sorry if that impression has ever been given frown

Your past mistakes were half a worker move that was slightly inefficient - no where near as big a screw up as losing Kwythellor wink frown

I really hope that you can stay with and as a part of this team, Kredom. But if you aren't having fun anymore, than I understand if you want to leave.

Hey Kredom I echo qs thoughts. I wouldn't want you out of the game. You have far more ffh experience than I do.

There weren't really any errors, just micro mishaps that are good to learn from but not a huge issue in themselves. And the Warriors to the hill was just the fact that it wasn't discussed at all - but that hits more on our poor communication in general. In hindsight retreating them once they were there may not have been the best either. But it wasn't an error, just a difference of opinion.

That is why staying is important. The dissenting voice is more important as it makes you think twice before anything is done or moved. I would prefer if you didn't leave.

I'm sorry if you didn't imagine playing this way, but coordinating the defence will only be worse if we played the civs individually. I can't see that working better - although tbf can it go much worse? (However a 7 move unit that can use enemy roads seems stupidly OP to me given how MP works re garrisons. Like wtf?!)

I do agree they have uncanny map knowledge and combat results often against odds :/

To the turn, I played as I stated but razed the road with that warrior and kept 7 full health 1 part health one goblin in the city (I wasn't too concerned in luring them there as they would have to abandon killing the western city with the other horsemen which I would prefer to keep tbf over the front city, as we could counter the survivors and then taking it would be touch and go...)

Well I think we are boned... Even with the war build due in this turn that is a non copper war and a goblin to defend that city only.

Unsure what killed the centaur...

Fuck yeah that is weird. There isn't two units named B2Ajax, is there?

No the other horseman is b3 phear. And the centaur is a4 centaur.

Sequence of events (Braduk):

Horsemen hits wolf rider 1, withdraws (so 10% or whatever health)
SAME Horsemen then hits wolf rider 2, and is able to kill it.

Horsemen 2 then kills goblin and wolf rider 1

That also makes no sense logically - why hit again with a super wounded unit, rather than attacking with the other (presumably high health) Horsemen?

Bob, could you say whether there were any rename shenanigans involved? Because otherwise I've gotta say my, admittedly tiRed, distracted and unable to loaf the game self, is inclined to call bullshit.

Anyway, no rush. I've gotta WW right now (/sleep, of course) so let's not create any bad feelings too quickly (i.e. DON'T post publically on this.) I'll try to sort out my comp and look closer at it in the morning,

I clicked through to the kurio turn (we are dead anyway here). That same b2 Ajax unit also killed the centaur (before the wolf rider withdraw and then the other wolf rider.

There could be rename things going on, if you found and rename a city the original name stays in the log, so I assume the name of the attacking unit stays in the log. However on baysian probability this is in my mind very low odds and unlikely...

I wanted to apologise also. I messed up the southern def, not that it matters now. The clan wars to the NW of the city were useless - the road could only be built in the kurio turn so they wouldn't be able to hit... Fail there. I think we all spaced on that. I'm too used to simultaneous turns tongue

I did see the possible hit on the clan cap, although I thought that wolfs got def bonuses... Sorry. Still without clan having copper warriors would have been only mildly better defending - 3 + 25% + 25% +30%. About 5.3 rather than 4. Ok I feel bad now giving them the opportunity to do that :/

Yeah, but we weren't thinking cap. Not your fault.

Yeah, reanalyse in the morning, but I'm smelling some serious stinkies here. For the lurkers: Privately, REM, Kredom and I have all been a bit dubious about the combat/etcetera decisions of the enemy in the past (both scout attacks, in particular), though we chose not to post about it in thread. This, though...

I really hope it's nothing.

(btw there was just a gobbo in Kwythellor when it fell - I've heard some people post otherwise and I want to be clear in case it's influencing anyone's judgement.)
