I dunno that we need to ban blockades necessarily. Who's going to use them - and isn't it a tricksy move if they do?

I mean, they're broken logically, but they add a bit of curry to watery things.

The issue with blockades is that they are disproportionately powerful. A single 2-move trireme can blockade 3 tiles in every direction, even if your navy is between it and your cities and you're in a tactical stalemate.

Well, in this case I'm calling shenanigans. Just for the unnecessary ban. I know the mechanic is undesirable but I don't see the point if someone wants to build eight hundred galleys to blockade you with, they deserve the overpower. *shrug* For the sake of conversation.

Either way, I think you can edit the spreadsheet and it catches your changes (simultaneously) - no need to save or anything.
0 in a cell = NO (red)
1 in a cell = MEBBE (amber)
2 in a cell = COMPOSED YES PLEASE (green)
