I buy that 100 production for 200 so I bought production for 2 gold each. (log 100=2)
Armorer's Guild would be log450 = 2.65.
So I got to have 100 production towards the AG without having to pay the additional 0.65 gold per production. (I assume you want a different formula though, as 0.65 is a far too small difference anyway.)
The problem is you can buy the first half as though it was a building that only costs half as much, then build the rest to get around the restriction. For early AG rush, where half comes from money, the other from actual production, this is idea. Instead of finishing the FG with the buy button, you let it build, and then start the AG with the "buy button on 150 cost building then switch" trick instead.
Not that this matters now that armorer's guild nerfing was voted against by everyone.

Checked last time, can't be done. The actual buying process is handled inside the main city view screen. There is no way to call it from anywhere else because it's not a procedure, just an "if buy button clicked then do this" block.
