As my understanding of soloq goes in the EuNE server, the players here rarely build items that counter the enemy specifically....most of them usually go for the same build every game regardless of what the other team is doing. :D

OK, I try not to respond to posts like this, but as a longtime Karthus player, I'll bite. Why in the world don't you have any Magic Pen on this build?!? No Void Staff, no Sorcerer's Shoes, nothing. Most of that AP is being wasted due to the enemy team's magic resistance. Rylai's over Void Staff here just makes me sad.
