Hey everyone, I’ll be on a camping trip from this Tuesday to Sunday, in some sort of a holiday trip. I won’t have access to my computer during this period. If you don’t mind a bit of a recess on the game, I think it’s best if we just wait, rather than trying to find a replacement for the time.
Happy holidays for everyone and stay safe.
I’d also want to apologize for holding the turns. This end of the year was very stressful for me on work related stuff, so I wasn’t always in my best mood to play the turns. I hope it’s not taking too much from your enjoyment of the game.

No problem on my side, the patch was more annoying than anything else.
Enjoy your camping trip

Just played the turn. It's the World Congress turn, so this one is pretty quick.

I'll still be up for a couple of hours, so if Kaiser can play, I can still get a turn today.

Just played, it arrived in the middle of the night over here so earlier would have been difficult

No worries. It's been 200 turns and I still don't know the players' timezones.
I think I've found a bug in the game (not sure if it's the first time it happened, but it's the first time I've noticed). After this past World Council, I'm still at 250 diplo points (what I had before the council), even though I've spent a lot of them in resolutions. Everyone else is basically zeroed, from what I can see.
I've spent at least 100 points in the council, so I'm not sure why it didn't subtract them from my total. Both my votes lost, for what that's worth.
Anything I'm not seeing/not aware of here? If indeed I've gained some undeserved points, I can just keep on playing with the agreement of not using those extra points for the future resolutions (if that's the case, I'll calculate the right amount of points). I could gift them to the other players as well, but that seems difficult with the current world war going on.

I believe if you don't pick the winning resolutions you get your points back and it is part of the game design, not a bug. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Me too, this doubleteaming here however certainly had to be a bug
Luckily it has been resolved quite some time ago.
