What do you think of the rules so far? I am thinking of one change to one. Rule 2 states that no peaceful double moves, but what I would like to see is no peaceful double moves before declaration of war. So that means that if you intend to go to war, you can't move you troops into position the turn before and then declare war with your troops ready to attack. Peaceful double moves are fine when there is no intention of war.

But what about when someone is intending to go to war with you and you, unrealising, double move them?
Or a settler race? Or barbarian cities? Or...a thousand other times ![]() Which is why we never double move if there is any concieveable way we could gain an advantage from it - so its fine to change city builds and do non-border micro et al, but if it is at all possible that your move could change the game interaction with another player in a way impossible in normal Civ, then wait for them.
Erebus in the Balance - a FFH Modmod based around balancing and polishing FFH for streamlined competitive play.
Napoleon, Hammurabi, Darius are good choices. Let's keep this selection and make HRE over Rome. Civ first, then leader sounds good.
I an good with the tiles, including the "never double move. Like Clint Eastwood, "never double move, creep" :-p EDIT: Added what we agree on so far to the OP Sisu Wrote:You go to Civ with the BFC you have. What do you know of the other players classical_hero? I know Lord_Parkin is someone to keep an eye on, preferably from a long way away. Caledorn is also known to me. He has a talent for diplo games. Should we assess the other teams, make out pros/cons on who we deem fit for friendship/foeship/destroy-on-sight-ship?

Yossarian is a good player. Bowsling is a good player. I don't know much about the French duo. If we don't get too close to LP and his team at the start, then that would make it easier for us to to build up and empire first. I will also say that Slaze is another good player.

What about the point E: contact with all other teams before optics?
I say yes, does not hurt to know your neighbour. What do you think? Sisu Wrote:You go to Civ with the BFC you have. I have created "team.mlmcp@gmail.com" for diplo purposes and given Maga_R my personal email in case our team goes off the radar or something horrible happens. Sunflare, spice girls reunion etc..
