Goreripper. Here is where I had fun just before the end.

Also Industrious leaders as bad as Rameses and Roosevelt are on the list. I hate no stone or marble.

A big Toroid means Organized is very very good. Roosevelt is very very slow though. On the plus side maybe other people will take Organized and Industrious and a good Financial will be left.

My first thought was to move to the plains hill. Costs one turn but saves either one turn normally or two turns with Exp. Which is why I said Expansive. But it looks like that gains a peak and terrible desert tiles long term. And also it takes one extra turn to move to the corn so that would be a stupid move. Only sad thing is that it is impossible to share the corn then but it is not a heavy food capital.

Seven Spirits is showing off with Zulu but I expect most other civilizations to be available. People will mostly pick leaders first. So civilizations to think about. Ignoring Persia because they are weak.

China is still good. Corn then hunting for ivory or bronze working. The ivory is very good but it is only one shield better with a camp. There is a hill with no forest so I can be flexible and mine that.

Egypt and its friends are still possible.

Fishing civilizations are fine because I will need to research fishing before long but they start with a worker and agriculture research too. Pair with one of the other things I need early like mining or agriculture or hunting. So Rome or Carthage or Native Americans. Creative Greece is fun but kind of weak. Maybe if a good Creative is still around.

Moving to PH also makes it impossible to net the crabs without settling the next city on the coast.

Well that would not be terrible. Three east shares corn grows cottages and gets a free trade connection. A perfect second city. But not worth the other things.

Settle in place does mean Expansive is less good. Does not save a turn on the worker. But if Bismark or Mehmed are still around I will suffer through it some how.

I wish I had been joking. This might really take until Thanksgiving.

On the plus side because Seven does not respect us and 2metraninja either does not respect us or is crazy I have a good chance of getting a good leader plus China.

Heh, yeah, you're fine to get someone good. Izzy/Bis/Mehmed/Zara/Lizzie/Hannibal/Vicky.

Be prepared for delays- this is a greenish game with unwieldy teams, and a lot of players. shakehead Did you seriously plan to travel Thanksgiving? I'll be around to fill in.

Zara Elizabeth or Hannibal of China I think.

Or Kuro could take that away. I am less impressed with the agriculture and wheel civilizations. Hunting and mining are terrible civilizations. So either mining with something else or else hunting and fishing like Greece or Viking.

This was not the best combination available but the Financial leaders that were left were all boring. So it had to be Louis Isabella or Zara Yaqob and Zara is the one that can ignore the religious line forever. Agriculture and wheel would be okay but Egypt or Sumeria were the two that were interesting. Fishing and mining works but Carthage I like with expansive while Rome I like with aggressive and England I like with a later start or quick speed. Portugal I like never.

Hunting and Fishing lets me grow on a work boat and finish it as soon as I reach size three. The early sea food hook up feeds a good fast second city to the south. Vikings would be stronger but they are kind of more over powered than I want here. Greece with creative odeons lets me keep ignoring the religious line even longer with the happy they give pretty cheaply.

Agriculture and fishing would have worked but that is America which is terrible Dutch who are as late as England or Native Americans who are boring and clash with creative.
