pbem is my strong preference only option. I am NYC based if timing is an issue.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Sounds like we need a subforum for the PBEM, then.

MAP
Are we liking base BtS for this? I'd default to it but RBmod might be interesting. Also, unbiased source rolling y'all three's snake order might be good. Commodore dot rb at the usual here. I'm solid for a 1200-1400 GMT morning slot and/or 0100-0400 GMT in my evening.

Thanks Yuri!
I'd prefer RBmod here, but I'm fine with either. Roughly 0300 to 0800 GMT, but I have a few more small windows so I'm rather flexible.

Given that is possibly the most powerful resource on a map like this, I think it should be moved, perhaps to one of the center regions, unless we want to ban the Pyramids. And in general I think this is the sort of map discussion that should be had. Given this is a map untried and hasn't gone through a lurker thread before we use it, I think its worth ironing out any cracks in it before we start playing. And because I somehow got to this point without mentioning it, thanks Commodore! ![]()

I actually checked the map out too. I don't think it's too easy to get stone (it's pretty much equidistant from 2 players so I'm not even convinced everyone will get one) but I do think it's too obvious a place to settle and I was thinking it would be more interesting if the stone were on flat grass instead of a plains hill.
