That's ok, as you may have noticed you didn't miss anything. cry

You are correct. I think she won a medal for her fire support during the D-Day landings.

Trying to stay ahead in the Very Important Things (post count), but I like expansive and liked Shaka when I lurked(hindered) Ichabod in PB13. Expansive relies on having big hammer tiles early, just like IMP, but you can really use it in a dedicated second or third city as a worker pump. AGG can be limited with its utility with respect to the free C1 promotion, but the early maintenance reduction and bonus to barracks is nice. Not sure its as useful as an early game or late game economic trait though. AGG might cause you to play for an earlyish war, which is much riskier.

But, uh yeah, supposed to be hot Wednesday...weather talk.

Looks like a balmy 88°F here today. Just like on Sunday when I got in another quick beach trip. I wonder how many more I'll get this year? Can't complain as it's almost November. lol

PostCount++. You're welcome! wink

Expansive is a nice trait in the RtR mod. Bonus if you have a coastal start with fish/clams/crabs because of the workboat production bonus, which not only gets you more food faster, but gives you the additional commerce bonus of working those tiles as well. Aggressive seems considerably less useful in an MP setting, though the maintenance reduction is nice. Hmmmm. Stack that with the cheap Zulu Ikhanda and you get 45% reduction in maintenance really easily. That might even make a good pairing with Imperialistic to spam settlers and REX. Essentially half maintenance for all your cities very quickly. Food for thought.

And yeah, it's supposed to warm up again tomorrow and Thurs, but then cool off as we go into the weekend. Hopefully the major heat is over now. I live in east county, so it's the hot part of SD. smile

What part of the country do you live in, STX?

I can't recall if there's been a RtR game with an AGG Zulu, which would be lots of fun to play. We would need to roll a non-fishing start.

Xenu is in Florida(I think?), but doesn't realize we are in one of the few parts of the USA with better weather.

I haven't made it to San Diego, maybe one day. But your sea water is so cold, how do you guys swim in it? Wet suits? The Gulf of Mexico is like a nice warm bath all summer long.
