Not a huge deal, I suppose, but I'm sort of curious. Does it somehow happen to relate to ecology spending since the UI has a limited number of "ticks"?
1oom reproduces the UI pop, both with and without slider adjustments.

Thanks for the sanity check. Turns out I wasn't adding in the tenths in the correct place. This helped me solve the issue!
