You have axes already, IMO no need to get chariots for defense. They're mainly for opportunistic snipes like the one Shoot almost pulled on you. If you get 2 spears soon after Hunting, I'm guessing we're good for now.

genghis and george jpoined the workforce this turn. thats 11 workers now! getting them into teams whereever possible

14??? That's most likely way too much. Do you have useful jobs for all of them? You don't want a lot of unused improved tiles, that's a waste of manpower. How many cities do you have?

ok have cancelled queued worker builds. heres the builds as follows:

macavity: settler for rumpleteazer; spear queued
mr.mistoffelees: galley for exploration
bombalurina: spear spam
mungojerrie: lighthouse
old deuteronomy: work boat
rumtumtugger: terrace; library queued

a 13 hammer chop came in at rumrum so the terrace completes at end of turn. as growth is slow until the wet corn if farmed and being worked i decided a library is best build next. it will be chopped out

umm could this be a problem guys?



should i send an axe to investigate? would rumpleteazer be viable on the other side of the lake?

spotted a couple of alt city sites:



rumpleteazer could move to "a" and take the pigs and the cows and eventually expand onto the 2nd ivory tile. then put skimbleshanks down at "b" to hopefully grab the wet corn

founded bustopher jones and discovered that as its coastal its already linked to the happy-network. theres me roading furiously but no need now haha

I like that graph, nice work (I'm a sucker for anything to do with spreadsheets). Don't like the demos quite as much Are your cities smaller than those of your rivals? An F1 overview would be nice.

now what about the expansion options? were being hemmed in a bit

oh and the galley will head east to find the other continent. i did not post it but theres a line of ice to our north-east. i guess this is blocking a direct assault

I like the one with two separate lines. How about settling W of a and NW of b? Lots of forests by that b location and going W of a gives you a tighter hold on the ivory. Shoot stole the southern one, important that you secure this one or you'll be down one luxury for a long time. You'll still have the cows to grow on, you'll spread your borders further and you won't waste a forest on the city site.
