if i believe i know what you are talking about.. it means that person has more EP spent on you, than you on them (or the reverse?) check the EP tab for clarification.

IIRC, the icons on the scoreboard means that they spent EP on you the previous turn.

oops, sorry, didn't read this and just logged in. But all I noticed is that I couldn't move units, I remain unenlightened.

I've reloaded the game to T99. All but vanrober need to play and you should find further instructions by Tarkeel in your threads.

So what does it mean when you say reloaded? because ive come into the game and all my units have already been moved like how they were before the reload, is that supposed to happen? I have made 0 moves and have the promt to just end turn.

Remember josh that you loged when i loged on turn 98, and also you keep playing while i was playing turn 99, they reloaded when i left the game, so your only units with move are those that you needed to move after i logged out of the game.
