So, my read on the situation.

Judging from the peace Rome got with Japper to get out of occupation and the Dow from Nubia and England, my read on the situation is as follows.

Rome is not going back from the frontline and will redow soon, either Khmer/Kongo or Nubia/England or both.

We have a bloodbath on our hands in the east and a curious situation as I am very sure that both will fight over the remains of Kongo/Khmer instead of turning around and eating us, thanks to those Dows.

Check roman deployment, he is not going anywhere.

   

So, what shall we do?

First and overlook:

   

Yeah, those are 6! (alltogether 10 triremes) I only chopped out for the purposes of overflow. Yes, it is that overpowered.
Another campus is done next turn, as well as a cultural district in the East.

Alschwangen which is much more productive then every other city, par the capital will get Bi Sheng, to churn out an encampment.

In the east, 2 universities are enroute and 2 libraries are soon done.

Yeah, those are another 2 trireme chops and another on south.

So, despite my personal misgivings with this game overall, how do we want to do this?

   

   

I can think of 4 ways.

1.) Intervene in this war against Nubia (easier front as everything seems to be in the East, but Singaboy and Sullla are more dangerous longterm)
2.) Intervene against China (difficult front, but better longterm.)
3.) Aim for another 30-40 turns of turtling and hope they stalemate and then conquer them with Cossacks.

4.) Go into space.

Emperor K, it is time for us to awake from the slumber, the Russian Bear and the German Fox and consider/decide how we want to go about this.

I am disappointed in my VA screwup and mightily so.

The good news, my science rate is #1 as Sullla seems to have dropped somehow and I continue to explode. 79 atm, 91 next turn, 100 in 5 turns.

Also as I could use another amenity and I really have enough money, I throw 200 to Kongo.

I am not seeing us winning a war atm, I need to catch up in tech first.
