Okay, various developments in different parts of our empire on this turn, T49.

In the northeast, we found Rego:

I sent him this:

In the south, Darrell has founded a city (at least he's got five now) and has a warrior coming to say hello.

In the east, Shoot the Moon has completed an axeman and is probably the world's military superpower right now. I decided to risk leaving Trading Post undefended and wipped a granary there as planned. We might want to whip an axeman there before the work boat.

Our sixth city is ready to be founded next turn. We might settle where the settler is now, or one west. I prefer his current location. There's a worker on the galley (boarded this turn), ready to disembark next turn.

Demographics and top five cities. Shoot the Moon sure has large cities.

Our GNP has improved pretty dramatically. What odds Rego gives us open borders?

So what have you sent him - that seems to be a picture that you have sent him that I can't see...? (I won't be able to see any pictures 'til I get home.)

Plus I saw the email in the inbox.

I think our standard intro email will suffice for now, including any relevant info. We are the Straight Talkers, etc...

That was a screenshot of the diplo screen. I typed Greetings and offered Open borders.

Heh, worth a try.

Ok, perhaps something like this:

Quote:Hi

We are the Straight Talkers. We tell it like it is and we get to the point.

Good to have met you - we are peaceful. We offered Open Borders in game - it would be great if you could accept as a sign of our prosperous nations' co-operation.

Congratulations on landing the Oracle. Did you go for the classic Metal Casting?

You're the third person we have met. Shoot is to our east and slightly south, and darrell is to our south.

It seems that there are incomplete land bridges giving everyone an easy way of finding everyone else, as well as some interesting points of discussion for land rights.

Have you met anyone else?

Is there anything you would like to know?
