Quote:Seriously, if we're going to have this arbitrary albatross slung around my neck for the rest of the game I'd just as soon clear it up right now. It's distracting, it's a weak argument, and we all have better things to do than speculate on my behavior. For that matter, I nominate myself as the lynch target for tomorrow - over you AND Lewwyn. I'm not going to vote for myself out of the gate - I'll leave that to the rest of you - but I want to get the discussion started, because I really am tired of reading it over and over.
Roland, the nature of the game is that everybody is going to get suspected and a lot of the suspicions will be repeated.
Don't get exasperated over it.
And seriously don't start in with the self-flagellation again.

Well we only have your history from game 1 at RB where you didn't post much to go on, not exactly going to search on CFC and any other sites where mafia/ww is played for people's history there... I do find your taking offence at me naming PB as being deceptive and not mentioning your name as such to be quite amusing, though.

You must expect some blood when breeding centaurs.
I have to run.

I had to smile at this. Believe me, I'm not - or at least not intentionally, regardless of how I may have come across. I just feel it's a seriously weak argument right now, and it's a trend I'm noticing from a few different people towards a few different people. I don't see it as helping, so I'm inclined to nip it in the bud early (we have the whole night phase to discuss such things).
I don't intend to martyr myself (Fire & Ice), nor do I see anyone else attempting to do so in the name of innocence as being particularly helpful (Cull). Consider it a tongue-in-cheek reference. I'm not ACTIVELY trying to remove myself from the game. I'm trying to illustrate how it's not helping, while at the same time remove suspicion based on weak "evidence" from myself. That's all. If anything, my voting record should be a better indicator of my guilt or innocence, although that won't show much until later on (and I am definitely striving to improve my record over last game).
I do find it rather interesting that Cull's latest (and greatest, across both WW1 and now) post is the most elaborate I've seen him - this when he was on the block mere moments ago. While I don't find that suspicious per se, I do find it noteworthy. At least we know he's capable of significant thought, and in that regard I'm glad he survived over MJW (no offense) - I see him as potentially being more useful to the Village in the long wrong. 'Course, if he turns up a 'Wolf I'll be kicking myself for this, but I honestly don't think that will be the case.
Anyway, enough for thoughts for one post. Got to keep the word count down! :neenernee

And on that note, I propose we stick to in-thread actions/inactions for day 2 voting, there's a fair amount of information available now.
@Sareln: can I change my role name since I haven't done any roleplaying up to this point anyway?

Took me 3 times reading this to understand what you meant - which is, we judge people by their responses in this thread (or lack thereof) rather than previous experiences? I have to chuckle just a little that you would say this, being that you were a 'Wolf the last 2 games. Overall, though, I tend to agree - it's almost as useless as saying "A 'Wolf would never do this!" (some exceptions exist, of course).
We still have far too many quiet people for my taste. I'd be highly surprised if all of them are 'Wolves, but I'd say of the bunch, probably 1 or 2 are. I'm just glad Cull decided to attempt to distance himself from that group.
