Always check the event tab smile No harm in asking people if they will let you change it since the turn is being replayed anyway, they might allow it. But without their approval it would be poor form to do it, even on a small issue. Respect to you for asking, though.

i suppose we could stick with it and build the apostolic palace in macavity for the great person points and then do divine right and hope to land islam. hopefully well have control of the stone by the time its in and the spiral minaret is available

so we finally get started again

nakors found asparagus with a workboat so ive rejigged the eps about. good thing ive whipped the courthouse in mungo this turn as those extra 2 eps will come in handy haha. mungo grows back 1-pop this turn and the overflow went into a worker

hmm shoot declared war on sian and took a city off him last turn. wonder if thisll go all the way this time. guess id better think about building military in case as the victor will surely head this way. maybe next turn eh? shoots 1 turn away from machinery and maces

as we have met evryone i had a look at the number of cities held:

were 3rd in score as well, 100 points behind the wonder-grabber mackoti/mackousin

after ending turn the 50% tech rate shows 191 beakers and 24 gold being generated per turn, thanks to the whipped courthouse and pop growth/regrowth. divine right will take 6 turns at this rate. may be able to push up to 60% or 70% or even be poss go 0% for 3 turns to do divine right at 100% for 2 more turns .. cool

Demos do look a bit better, your hard work is paying off. Soldier count is dangerously low, though. Check your defenses carefully, you don't want any bad surprises. In fact, a good all-round threat assessment would be a good idea to do at this point. For example, do you know who the soldier leader is and what his army is made of?

i havnt a feckin idea. my axes have just about left his area and i didnt spot any units stronger than the axes and chariots weve already seen

Your comment about him being distracted suggested that he'd been invading Sian or something, so I was wondering. It looks like he's mobilizing for an invasion, and it could very easily be aimed at us. What are your defenses on the Shoot border like? I may have missed it earlier, but how soon do you plan on settling those two islands? They're pretty good locations, I hope you will get them soon.

ok theology in. with divine right being researched were gonna look to the outside world like absolute hippies haha! however as current builds end ill change over to axes in the older cities and spears in the newer ones for defence

been able to rack the tech rate up to 60%. divine right will take 5 turns at a cost of 50 gold. cool

actually at end of turn the 60% tech rate is 238 beakers at -5 gold per turn. good. also confucianism has spread to mungojerrie missing out rumpleteazer strangely.if we fail to land islam ill convert to sians religion instead
