I forget if MP does autosaves when you load. Might be worth checking the autosave folder, just in case. I've made it a habit of making an EoT save before I hit the next turn button, more for being able to go back and look at the map or unit placements than anything else.

Yeah, the autosaves are the "pass on" saves from PYDT, so no dice there. It saves end of turn, which makes sense in a SP game.

The numbers you put in the Excel do add up. It took me some time to figure it out though. Mainly because you put the -1100 gold for Darwin in the Turn 122 column, shouldn't it go into the Turn 123 column, since that is the turn you actually bought Darwin? Also Emperor Ks treasury is actually lower on Turn 127 than what you show. So it looks more like there's 500 gold missing from your combined treasuries than the other way around. This is the order of events, that I was able to reconstruct from your reports: On Turn 123 the confusion starts with you purchasing Darwin for 1100 gold. Reported here: http://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/showt...#pid670397 Then Emperor K writes, that his treasury still shows 550+ gold here. The exact turn he saw this is unclear: http://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/showt...#pid670397 On Turn 126 your treasury is back up to 1667 gold, which is backed up by the spreadsheet: http://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/showt...#pid670498 On Turn 127 Emperor Ks gold is at 172 gold, where your spreadsheet assumes 531: http://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/showt...#pid670551 Afterwards he writes something about sending you roughly 500 gold twice here: http://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/showt...#pid670397 My only two question to Emperor K are: 1: Do you have any screenshots from your gold on the Turns 122, 123, 124, 125, 126? 2: How often did you send The Archduke money and on which turns? Emperor K sending you 500 gold twice would explain the numbers I saw, which means you should receive the 500 gold soon. Maybe there is some kind of delay in gold gifting? Not sure. Lastly the screenshot with the differences to your Excel sheet:
This can be pieced together using a combination of PYDT autosaves from you and Emp K -- his saves can be clicked through to get to your start of turn value and your saves can provide the end of turn value. Cornflakes posted in the lurker thread how he was able to review saves earlier in this game to investigate the Mikeforall situation. I can try to do that tonight but it's something that I wouldn't be able to start looking at until this evening and it'll take me a bit of time to do it. I could probably get an answer and/or a full accounting by 0100 GMT or so (I'm GMT - 4).
If you want me to go through things I'd need the PYDT archives from both of you from T121 to T127, just to be sure everything is there.

Just checking, your screenshots show you went from the darwin buy on turn 123 to 2600 on turn 126. I sent you a total of ruffly 700, a 580ish trade and a 170ish trade. That would be all of my gold I was able to give. So did you harvest / get income for 3 turns to make up the 1850?
I think there is ruffly 550:gold extra that got traded. I know you harvested but I sent you 3 gold trades, and only after the first one did it look like I still had almost the same amount of gold left. I do not have pics from any of those turns. I only have pics from turn 120, and 127. I will make a note to take at least one a turn from now on.
Looking at the spread sheet again, TheArchdukes numbers look good. I however remember sending you a gold trade then next turn noticing I still have over 500,gold, so with my 80g income it did not seem right. So I sent you another trade of 500 plus with the niter. The next trader for 170 - 180ish gold, basically two turns of income for me, and that was last turn as this current turn, (128) I have 80gold.
Hmm, as far as I can see it checks out.
Emperor K I do not think I got the double the money in a turn. 580 and 170. 80 gold now. My excel assumed those two trades (actually only 500 and 100). So I am fairly confident we are ok. Shall we do the suboptimal scrutiny to be on the save side or are the lurkers satisfied. Thinking back I would have noticed getting a double trade. Did Mike notice? Did he get two messages? Or just double the money upon accepting?
Ya your spreadsheet does show I have more money than I actually do. So it does seem ok to me. I am not sure how to get the archive, as I do not have the saves from any of those turns saved on my machine.
