He does have 4 spears there after end of turn.
He logged in for 9 mins on my split the turn before. Might have changed builds to allow an extra whip and/or moved units.
I'm not gonna make a fuss about it, but someone should let him know not to log in outside his split in the future smile



I was in a race against Civac for a city spot and lost. I considered attacking him, but he prepared well for it.



As you can see from his power graph.
Interestingly Gira lost units at one point, maybe a war on the other front? That would be helpful to my cause.

I went with retreat promos to make use of my numbers.



But he actually just killed the spear outright  smoke
If you're wondering why the odds are lower, the combat preview didn't take in account the river.



After more retreats and clean up, we got the city. 4 spears down.



We lost 1 numid. 10 numids left. I sent some defensive units to our new front city.
I think we can fork the next two cities, but the capital is what we really need to take down ASAP.
