I realize too as I was posting, that this is not going to get us anywhere except to vent some steam - always at someone else's cost, but no one wins in the end.
Lets chalk it off as misunderstandings, or perhaps, a clash of personalities. Just give each other more room to work with, and a little more respect, and start anew.

I hadn't read down this far when I was replying to WarBlade. At the time, I was too caught up in the argument and was planning to take on both you and he at the same time. For that, I apologize.
That being said, there's 1 thing I still want to comment on that you said:
Quote:The correction you made "It is you're, not your" was another example of you carrying your aggression to the game, taking potshots.
It wasn't really meant as a potshot. If you recall, I was spending most of the night on the floor, and was looking for something to do/make some sarcastic commentary while watching what was going on. Normally, I would probably have just let it go; however, earlier in the day (or it might have been the previous day, that's a little fuzzy) FoxBat made almost the exact same mistake (his was a they're/their/there one, but it's still the apostraphe vs. non thing) and I did the same thing to him. He took it as a joke and I was pretty much expecting you to do the same. You taking it as an insult caught me off guard and caused me to handle the situation poorly.
Quote:So it was a valid advice to you and any grammar nazi to mute me
Well, believe it or not, I do want to hear what you have to say. I have yet to put anyone in GW on my ignore list and I don't intend to start (although you can never tell with the declining maturity of PuGs...), least of all with a guildmate.

You're the guild mascot, how could we not?
Drasca Wrote:On that note, does anyone have a real beastmaster team build?
Soul Flayer convinced us to try a 4 man beastmaster build in our very first venture into TA. I don't think I need to say any more than that for you to know how it went. That being said, I've used a build similar in PvE to varying amounts of success:
BM: 16 (12 +3 +1)
Swordsmanship: 10
Expertise: 9 (8 +1)
Ferocious Strike
Disrupting Lunge
Tiger's Fury
Sever
Gash
Comfort Animal
Charm Animal
Res Sig
The res sig is optional, I just have it there for when a monk drops, experience has taught me to never leave town without it, unless I'm asked/told not to.

Well, I still think at least a semi-regularly scheduled PvP meeting is a good idea. The biggest problem is everyone signs on at random times, so we don't always have enough people, and when we have enough people on for TA, we're usually all doing something different. I'd really like to be able to take Hawk into TA sometime, just to give her exposure to everything the game has to offer.
I ran across this quote today on TGH, and it seems somehow relavent:
