I'm heading to bed soon, so you've got another ten minutes to tell me if I fixed it...

Looks fine to me now. I did get a message "your game files version doesn't match our host's" (not exact wording) when playing on the desktop, and in theory it should have the same version as the laptop. No idea what's up with that

My techs look good, except I'm still missing Laser...
Thanks mardoc and OH.

If you guys keep getting that error about not matching the host's files we may need to reinstall the mod on the server. If I recall there may have been a tweak to the contents of 2.0.8.3 after I copied an initial release of it it to the server so the bits there may not 100% match what everyone has on their game clients. If we have to reload the game again we may as well reload the mod files at the same time.

FWIW I downloaded 2.0.8.3 only very recently and haven't had that issue.

everything on my end looks good now.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

I still get that error and I just downloaded RtR. Other than that everything seems right now.

Techs are good now; I played turn 0.
I don't get the sync message -- I'm using the original-then-patched release versions of Civ 4, and the same download of RtR 2.0.8.3 I used in PB37.

Redownloaded the mod, still got a warning. But the game seems to be working ok, so let's roll with it
