My archer did very well.
Only hit once, so absent a Borsche unit showing up, he'll hop onto the jungle hill and see what there is to see.
And he hits 9xp, for another promotion.

This is by no means a war of conquest. Just slowing down a neighbor (and admittedly earning ill will with the cheap shot).
His exploring WB is just inside my capital's culture. Galley completes at the roll, if he moves in for a look, I'll get the kill.
Aesthetics is in. I'll idle on MC for 7t until my scientist pops and bulbs Math. Gives me 150ish of the 250 gold I need to run Currency at 100%

Borsche's WB didn't move into my culture any farther. I pushed the galley at it, but couldn't reach it and it could run.
Pushed my archer onto the jungle hill, looking at an Immortal. Had a brief moment of "well that archer is dead", then the hover reminded me that Immortals are nerfed here. (Oh sure, March will be nice if you upgrade them to Knights someday, but no defense bonus and no bonus vs archers makes them no better than chariots in the early game)
Anyway, with nowhere to progress, and my primary goal accomplished, I offered a Cease Fire.

City 6 is down as of last turn.
No settlers in production for a couple turns.
My future Maoi has it's lighthouse down. It's +10f at sz2, will grow 1 size every turn for several turns, and gains another surplus food every time it grows (to sz9 anyway)
Took a ceasefire with Borsche. My archer and galley will run home.

T80.
Short term goals.
Finish SoZ.
Settle desert X on TBWs land. Name tbd (actually I might make it Footfall and name that north Ivory something else - it's doubly relevant that way). It can steal wheat/crab from Lucifer's Hammer until it's own fish/wheat is online. Secures Ivory, and eventual Gems/Incense for me.
Land in force for this one. Both galleys. Settler, Tracker, 2xArcher, even if I have to steal MPs from other cities for a couple turns to get the archers because I'm building SoZ at an inconvenient time.
Chop the forest to it's west immediately.
Bulb math
Run currency (after math bulb, need 1-2 more turns of gold savings)
If TBWs land isn't a different land mass, settle another island for 2nd ICT from Currency.

Yeah. It's a little hammer-lite for actually building Maoi, but 2 forests and overflow will get it done.
And it'll be insane once it is up and running. There is an argument for moving my cap there at some point.
I thought early national wonders were 75% hammers for whipping, but it looks like it's just 50%
