Last i recall, Apostolic palace resolutions ( mainly the Diplo win one ) are... not allowed to be chosen? Something to that effect. We are a WAR LIKE FORUM. NO ONE WINS BY DIPLO HERE!

Below is link for voting. I talked to the more vet players and they said they are ok with a small greens bonus of + 1f total at cap. Mind if ya'll want to vote it down that is also fine. Don't want this to cause drama or anything, so either vote yes or no. Just want to help encourage new players. I filled in what people have said thus far. We might have to have a vote off for map type
